Rotables & Repair Coordinator - Calgary, AB (YYC)

As we continue to grow and strengthen our maintenance operations, we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Rotables & Repair Coordinator, based in Calgary, AB. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in supporting the reliability and operational readiness of our fleet. Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, the Rotables & Repair Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the availability, movement, repair, and overhaul of rotable components, major assemblies, and repairable parts required for scheduled maintenance across CMA’s bases and MRO facilities.

Working closely with Maintenance Control, Supply Chain, maintenance bases, and external repair vendors, this position ensures inventory transactions are accurately recorded, components meet current regulatory and technical requirements, and appropriate stock levels are maintained to support efficient maintenance operations and minimize aircraft downtime.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring that an adequate amount of Rotable and Major assemblies are available through review of Inventory usage reports.

  • Assist with the movement of stock and core material requirements between bases, ensuring that all transactions are completed in the company ERP system.

  • Assist Maintenance Control to ensure parts are available for scheduled maintenance at all maintenance bases and MRO Facilities.

  • Coordinate repairs and overhaul of all major assemblies, components, and repairable parts to ensure parts are available when required.

  • Ensure all parts are repaired and overhauled to the latest revision of Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) including all Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives.

  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager in establishing and maintaining Re-Order Points and Safety Stock requirements to support the Central Mountain Air Fleet.

Qualifications

  • Must have Grade 12 education or equivalent.

  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in and practical knowledge of materials management and handling systems or material or production planning processes.

  • Ability to analyze inventory requirements using company computer systems.

  • Ability to research and analyze repair data and develop alternate sources.

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be a self-directed team player and be able to carry out the duties of the position with minimum supervision in a team environment.

  • Must have good organizational, analytical and negotiation skills.

  • Must have proficiency in the use of MS Office (Excel), software programs.

  • An understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable would be an asset.
