By accepting the rules of the program, you certify that your trip is made for personal or leisure travel purposes and not for business or work, that the ticket price is not reimbursed by an employer or legal entity, and that you have not obtained, over the course of the fiscal year (1 April to 31 March), more than six one-way tickets (or three round trips) under the RAAP unless your principal residence is located in the regions of Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Côte-Nord, Gaspésie–Îles–de–la Madeleine, Saguenay–Lac Saint Jean and Northern Quebec. In the event of a false statement with respect to the above, the passenger agrees to reimburse the Minister directly for the amounts paid by the passenger to the carrier for the sale of this ticket under the Regional Air Access Program and will be excluded from the Regional Air Access Program for the duration of the program if there is a misrepresentation of eligibility.
