Charter Services Manager - Calgary, AB (YYC)

we are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven professional to join our team as Charter Services Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment supporting our Charter and Corporate Air Service Solutions.
In this role, you will be entrusted with leading day-to-day commercial execution, supporting business development initiatives, and managing key client relationships. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, overseeing charter programs and corporate accounts, and leading a team to deliver proactive, high-quality service.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development & Commercial Growth
Develop and grow relationships with existing Charter, Cargo and Corporate Travel clients.
Identify opportunities to expand services with existing customers while actively pursuing
new commercial opportunities.Manage inbound charter and commercial inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities and deliver
exceptional charter management services.Work with the Director of Charter Services to develop long-term commercial strategies and client growth initiatives.
Maintain awareness of market activity, customer trends and emerging opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Build trusted relationships with key commercial clients by delivering responsive, proactive service.
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure clients receive
consistent, high-quality experience.Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews.
Prepare client performance reports, service metrics and program updates.
Resolve client concerns quickly while maintaining strong long-term relationships.
Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand commercial services.
Charter Program Management
Oversee the day-to-day execution of assigned charter programs from booking through completion.
Coordinate with internal operational departments to ensure successful service delivery.
Monitor operational performance, on-time performance, customer satisfaction and program reliability.
Identify operational improvements that enhance both client experience and internal efficiency.
Ensure completed charter flights are reviewed and submitted for timely invoicing,
with accurate supporting documentation.
Commercial Analysis & Reporting
Prepare monthly commercial performance reports for clients and internal leadership.
Analyze charter program performance, revenue trends and customer feedback.
Assist in identifying new opportunities for revenue growth and service improvements.
Support contract renewals, client presentations and commercial proposals.
Leadership
Lead and oversee Charter Services operations, ensuring efficient coordination of activities, customer requests,
documentation, workflows and administrative functions, including contracts, records, invoicing coordination,
reporting and compliance.Provide leadership, guidance and support to Charter Services Coordinators while fostering
a collaborative, customer-focused culture.Ensure operations are organized, responsive and aligned with service standards, setting clear expectations
for service quality, response times, account ownership and administrative accuracy, while supporting onboarding, coaching and employee development.Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, Airports, Maintenance, Finance, and Inflight to ensure
seamless charter execution.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and thinking commercially.
Experience in business development, account management, client services, commercial operations,
logistics, transportation, hospitality or aviation.Aviation experience is considered an asset but is not required.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent organizational skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading or mentoring others is considered an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
French language skills are considered an asset
