Announcing Additional Flights for March in the Okanagan

With the continued impact of COVID-19 on travel, Central Mountain Air (CMA) is focused on supporting those for whom travel is not optional.

CMA is pleased to announce the addition of weekly Monday morning roundtrip flights from Vancouver to Kamloops, starting March 8th. Additionally, they are extending the existing Monday-outbound and Thursday-return Vancouver to Kelowna flights through until May 2nd. These changes follow the recently announced return of the Fort Nelson to Prince George market.

“We’ve been serving these BC communities for 30-years. We know how essential air travel is for some and are working to provide as many options as we can in the market,” said Michael Claeren, Head of Commercial at CMA. “Doctors, nurses, patients, essential workers, those with family emergencies, and many others often do not have the choice to stay home. We hope to be there for them by providing a COVID-safe travel option.”

With these changes, it was also announced that the Fort St John to Prince George service start date will be extended from March 1st to April 5th.

All bookings with CMA are supported by their COVID-19 Flexible Change & Cancellation policy, allowing no-fee changes reservations when impacted by COVID-19 (terms and conditions apply).

“With the reduction in flights from carriers across the province, the added connectivity into Vancouver from our existing network has proven popular. We hope to continue building on these links into the summer,” said Claeren.

Flights can be booked online via FlyCMA.com or with your local travel agent.
