Supply Chain Coordinator - Montreal, QC (YUL)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a experience Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic maintenance team, based out of Montreal, Quebec. Job Responsibilities

  • Provides support to Supply Chain Counter Support in maintaining and Issuing inventory from controlled stores areas, while ensuring accuracy of the quantities and locations in company database (ERP System)

  • Provide support the Shipping and Receiving group to ensure all parts are properly received into CMA and shipped out to Repair Facilities

  • Ensure that all Inventory is properly stored, and locations are correctly assigned in the company data base (ERP system)

  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager by managing the inventory cycle counts, completion of stock counts and the Inventory corrections required

  • Assist with investigating any potential certification or traceability issues with inventory items

  • Handle project related tasks to support new programs, pre-draw & tool provisioning, aircraft maintenance planning and maintain organization of parts control room

  • Maintain a sound knowledge of the internal computer systems to manage, maintain, and amend purchasing, repair and inventory data, and supplier management information

  • Respond to ever-changing priorities at any given time while ensuring a safe operating environment

  • Comply with all SMS and safety policies, processes and standards

  • Any additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Base Manager

  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports as required to the Supply Chain Manager

  • Assist with monitoring and control of aircraft tooling and shelf-life items Communicating and collaborating effectively with all bases and cross-functional departments. Learning to answer non-standard requests using advanced searching techniques, problem solving and a thorough understanding of our systems.

  • Handle project related tasks to support new programs, pre-draw & tool provisioning, aircraft maintenance planning and maintain organization of parts control room.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Parts Counter Support, Inventory and warehouse Management

  • Have a basic understanding of Inventory Monitoring and Replenishment methods

  • Basis understanding of Shipping and Receiving processes

  • Basic understanding Tool Control management including Calibration requirements

  • Must be able to obtain a Transport Canada Restricted Area Pass

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Knowledge in Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Experience in aviation software systems or similar ERP systems is an asset

  • Familiar with general aviation practices and terminology is an asset
