Airport Operations

Our Airport Operations Team is the front line of our company and the first faces our passengers see when they fly. Our Airport Operations Team is an integral part of the CMA flight experience. These team members thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, have a positive approach, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.

We provide comprehensive training focusing on service standards, aircraft safety and occupational health and safety. Our team includes our Ramp Agents who load bags and cargo, direct our aircraft in and out of the gate, and ensure that our customer’s luggage and freight are properly loaded and unloaded in a safe and timely manner. Our Customer Service Agents represent us on the ground and deliver the first elements of service and customer care at the airport. We deliver the best in service and customer care from helping our customers when they make a booking, to welcoming them at check-in and providing pre-flight support at the gate. Our Cargo agents support our freight and cargo shipping customers.
