Customer Service Agent - Williams Lake, BC
Position:           Customer Service Agent – Williams Lake - Part Time

Reports to:       Barrie Holmberg, Airports Manager – YBL, YQQ, YQZ, YVR, YWL

Successful applicant will have:

• Knowledge of computers
• Good communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to lift heavy baggage
• Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain Federal Security Clearance


Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of Customer Care at the airport
• Responsible for passenger check-in at airport counter
• Responsible for flight departure and arrival procedures
• Responsible for handling delayed baggage
• Responsible for office administration duties
• Other duties as required by Manager
