Customer Service Agent - Fort Nelson
Position:           Customer Service Agent – Fort Nelson – Part time

Reports to:       , Dixie Marchuk, Airports Manager – YXS, YXT, YKA, YLW, YXJ, YDQ, YYE

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of computers
• Good communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to lift heavy baggage and cargo


Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of customer care at the airport
• Responsible for passenger check-in at airport counter
• Responsible for flight departure and arrival procedures
• Responsible for handling delayed baggage
• Responsible for office administration duties
• Other duties as required by Manager
