Customer Service Agent / Ramp Agent - Calgary, AB

Position:           Customer Service Agent / Ramp Agent - P/T to F/T

Reports to:       Hannu Horstia, Airports Manager – YYC and YLL

Successful applicant will have:

• Superior Customer Service skills • Good computer skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to work flexible hours / split shifts • Ability to lift heavy baggage • Ability to work outside in adverse weather conditions • Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain Federal Security Clearance

Responsibilities:
