Customer Service Agent / Ramp Agent - Edmonton, AB
Position:           Customer Service Agent / Ramp Agent - P/T to F/T

Reports to:       Marilyn King, Airport Manager - YEG

Successful applicant will have:

• Superior Customer Service skills
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours / split shifts
• Ability to lift heavy baggage
• Ability to work outside in adverse weather conditions
• Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain Federal Security Clearance


Responsibilities:

• Based at the Edmonton Airport
• Responsible for passenger check-in at the airport counter
• Responsible for flight departure and arrival procedures
• Responsible for loading and unloading CMA aircraft
• Required to perform all applicable and assigned Ramp Agent's duties
